IBIZA YACHT INVESTREFIT · CHARTER · INVESTMENTIBIZA & FORMENTERA · A NEW CHAPTER
Classic Italian heritage meets Mediterranean ambition.
A proposed refit and premium charter venture for a
21-metre Sanlorenzo SL20 Yacht.
01 / THE OPPORTUNITY
The yacht is already fully owned, as stated by the owner. New capital is intended to fund its refurbishment and preparation for a professionally managed charter operation in Ibiza and Formentera.
With a background in luxury interior design in Stavanger, the owner brings practical design experience and a clear ambition: preserve the yacht’s Italian character while creating a refreshed guest experience.
02 / THE TRANSFORMATION
An approximately €100,000 refit programme, balancing technical readiness with considered design. Target completion: 1 May 2027.
Proposed interior visualisation. Final finishes and scope remain subject to the agreed refit specification.
Mechanical work, maintenance and essential equipment.
Safety systems and preparation for commercial operation.
Exterior maintenance, restoration and final presentation.
Upholstery, carpets, woodwork and selected finishes.
03 / PROPOSED INVESTMENT
Capital funds the yacht’s next chapter. All proposed terms are subject to due diligence and a definitive written agreement.
Approximately €100,000 allocated to the refit and charter preparation.
Proposed ownership interest. The current owner retains 70%.
Proposed price if exercised within six months after refit completion.
PATH 01 / OPTION EXERCISED
Following an independent post-refit valuation, the owner may exercise a contractual option to buy back the investor’s 30% interest for €200,000 within six months of refit completion.
PATH 02 / INTEREST RETAINED
If the option is not exercised, the investor retains the 30% ownership interest and participates in 30% of distributable profits, subject to the final agreement.
04 / CHARTER POTENTIAL
Indicative annual charter revenue based on the owner’s planning assumptions. These figures are gross revenue before operating costs.
40 charter days × €4,000
60 charter days × €5,000
80 charter days × €5,500
Crew, insurance, berth, management, maintenance, commissions, taxes and other expenses must be deducted. Revenue scenarios are estimates, not guaranteed bookings or income.
05 / THE ROAD TO CHARTER
Independent marine survey, current valuation and verification of title and ownership.
Detailed work specification, comparable shipyard quotations, budget and timetable.
Funding may be released against agreed and documented refurbishment progress.
Post-refit valuation and professional charter management proposal. Target: 1 May 2027.
The owner reports that the yacht is indoors at a marina in northern Italy and that work below the waterline is complete. Italy and Tunisia are potential refit locations; the final choice depends on quotations, scope and logistics.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Title and ownership records, independent survey and valuations, a detailed refit budget and timetable, and a professional charter or management proposal. Supporting information is available for discussion with the owner.
No. The proposed buy-back is an option available to the owner, subject to the final contract. If it is not exercised, the investor retains the proposed ownership interest and profit participation. No return or exit is guaranteed.
The ownership vehicle, jurisdiction, shareholder rights, profit distributions and buy-back mechanics will be agreed between the parties and documented in definitive legal agreements.
